These are not just like Zubaida Apa k totkay to make a yummy recipe, or remove scars on your clothes, and not even totkay for “less efforts and more income”. These are actually five basic rules if we add them in our lives. Let’s have a look on amal totkay:

5:FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

don’t worry if you really don’t know how to apply these totakas in your life because we have a real time story when someone applies these totakas(tips) on her life and now just start a life, she feels moving toward her destination. The first task before the story is to give a beautiful story name to the character. Lets suppose her name is BINT E ADAM.

let’s have a look:

There was a girl living with a fixed mindset in her own life and even didn’t take any kind of special activities. She was depressed day by day for no reason. She prefers to live alone because she doesn’t have confidence to face the world’s challenges and set her own comfort zone with strict boundaries. Due to this behavior she develops a very irrespective behavior with others. She doesn’t want to share her moment with others and doesn’t trust any other person. Such behavior was not acceptable by nature, she understood only one thing that the life she is spending is not good and productive. During the situation she was unable to work with her natural abilities and feel hopelessness.

One day she decided to get out of her comfort zone because she was not happy and satisfied with her life. In the first attempt she loses heart because she doesn’t know how to get out of her comfort zone and start a useful and healthy life, she doesn’t have proper directions because she doesn’t expose her thoughts with others. Fortunately she was born in a Muslim family and watched her family performed their prayers and also have basic knowledge about Islam.

Because she doesn’t have more activities in her life and gets bored day by day, so, one day, she decides to perform her prayers regularly and at the start she just performs 2 or 3 prayers out of 5. But she notices that during the performing prayers she has to perform body exercise too. Between her prayers and Duaa session she took five minutes thinking about HERSELF. She talks to herself and tries to find out her problems. This activity insists on brainstorming and makes her think about bad and good things, situations. She feels change in her life. She just decides to take one step and then the results you are watching.

During that time she also passed her intermediate and got admission in university. But at that time she didn’t get out of her comfort zone.

when she was struggling with her life she also took a step forward and just started to read out Quran Shareef with translation regularly. She on day read the Quran and get translation that:

She thought on this verse and felt very guilty because she didn’t have very respectful behavior with her elders and even with parents who were showing patience toward her behavior and trying to provide her all kinds of facilities. She at the first time she breaks out of her comfort zone and talks to her siblings and parents and is sorry for her past behavior. Her family was very surprised and happy to see her beautiful behavior and treat her with more respect and love. Then the story of her happiness’s starts. Now, she feels good and tries to find positive things about life. She starts to observe the beauty of nature and develop new habits and hobbies. The hobby she started was photography. After that she started making friends and her study institute and tried to help the people and feel very happy after helping people. When she make friends and develop communication with other she feel that she is also using her abilities to fulfill new challenges and some time gave help and some time receive help and also just start to think about her goals and try to find the reason “what is her purpose of life” and her last step is in process and very soon in sha ALLAH she will find i. She just took a very small step and now she knows life has a combination of failures and success, don’t stuck it with a single meaningless point. “Life doesn’t means that you don’t have to face worries, but it is about how to enjoy happiness and face and handle challenges”. Just start with a growth mindset.
